1. Workshop Pickup in Lviv (Self-Pickup)
You may pick up your order directly from our local workshop free of charge at: 31 Sofii Yablonskoi St., Lviv, Ukraine.
- Please Note: Self-pickup is available exclusively during business hours from Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (EEST), and strictly by prior arrangement. Please contact our support team in advance via e-mail, Telegram, or Instagram to schedule the exact date and time of your visit.
2. Shipping via "Nova Poshta"
Domestic shipping within Ukraine is handled by the courier and logistics leader "Nova Poshta". You can request delivery to:
- A local "Nova Poshta" branch;
- An automated parcel locker (Poshthomat);
- Your designated address via professional door-to-door courier service.
3. Shipping Cost Structure:
- Freight and shipping expenses are automatically calculated according to the carrier's official tariffs based on the physical weight, volumetric dimensions, and declared value of your parcel. Shipping fees are paid directly to the courier company upon receiving your package. You can manually calculate estimate delivery rates on the official "Nova Poshta" web portal.
- COMPLIMENTARY COMPACT SHIPPING: We offer free delivery via "Nova Poshta" across Ukraine for all orders totaling over 3,000 UAH (calculated after all regional discounts and promo codes are actively applied).
4. Estimated Transit Timelines:
- Once your package is successfully handed over to "Nova Poshta", the transit timeline generally takes between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the geographical region of destination.
ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIMELINES
As soon as your purchase order is placed and confirmed, our team immediately initiates inventory assembly. Dispatch timelines depend entirely on the stock status of your selected apparel items:
- Items Listed as "In Stock": Packed and handed over to the courier service within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment verification.
- Items Listed as "Made to Order": Handcrafted individually in our local workshop within 2 to 7 business days, and forwarded to logistics immediately upon passing our quality control testing. Availability metrics and specific production windows are transparently displayed on each product page.
Important Fulfillment Notice (Combined Orders): If your purchase includes a combination of both "In Stock" items and "Made to Order" garments, they will default to being packaged and shipped together in a single consolidated package once all customized items are fully completed. If you prefer to receive available stock items sooner, we highly recommend splitting your purchase into two separate orders.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND FULFILLMENT WORKING HOURS
- Order processing, manufacturing assembly, and courier dispatches operate from Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EEST).
- No packages are fulfilled or shipped on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or official national public holidays.
- Urgent Orders: If your request is highly time-sensitive or requires expedited manufacturing/shipping outside of standard business hours, please contact us immediately via e-mail, Telegram, or Instagram. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request and arrange an individual turnaround solution.
