DELIVERY METHODS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
You can receive your order using the following delivery options:
SELF-PICKUP
You can pick up your ordered items in person from our workshop at the following address: 79019, Lviv region, Lviv, 31, Sofia Yablonskaya St. (Zavodskaya St.).
Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement only. Please, contact us via e-mail, Telegram or Instagram for more details.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY VIA NOVA POSHTA
We offer delivery across Ukraine via the Nova Poshta courier service to the address you specify when placing your order on the website oneeyed.com.ua:
- to the Nova Poshta branch
- to the Nova Poshta post box
- Nova Poshta’s Courier delivery to your home
DELIVERY COST
The cost of delivery is calculated according to Nova Poshta's rates and typically ranges from 70 to 120 UAH, depending on the weight, volume, and declared value of your order.
You can calculate the estimated shipping cost yourself on the Nova Poshta website.
We offer free shipping over 3000 UAH for domestic orders!
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
Important! If your order includes "made-to-order" items, they will be shipped immediately after production. This may affect the overall delivery time. If your order contains both "in-stock" and "made-to-order" items, by default, they will be shipped together after the entire order is ready. If you’d like to receive the "in-stock" items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away!
We currently offer two types of products, depending on availability:
- Items marked “In Stock” will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Items marked “Made to Order” take 2-3 business days to produce and will be shipped immediately after they are ready.
The availability status of each item is shown next to its listing.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
We process and ship orders Monday 10 AM – Friday 6 PM (EET). Orders aren’t shipped on weekends or public holidays.
