This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is the official document of the ONE-EYED online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Site Administration") and defines the rules for collecting, processing, storing, and protecting personal data of Users (Buyers) who visit, register, or place orders on the website https://oneeyed.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

• "User" – Any legally capable individual or legal entity visiting the Site, navigating its interface, filling out feedback forms, registering an account, or placing an order through the "Cart" section.

4. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

• Courier and postal operators ("Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta", "Nova Poshta Global", etc.) to arrange international and domestic shipping;
• Banking institutions and licensed financial payment gateways (specifically the "Plata by mono" checkout platform) to safely authorize online payment card transactions.

6.3. The User's personal data may be shared with authorized state or international customs authorities (during customs clearance for cross-border shipments) solely based on and in compliance with international legal protocols and applicable national legislation.

6.4. In the event of a verified data breach, unauthorized access, or accidental data exposure, the Site Administration will immediately notify the affected Users via email or telephone and take swift technical measures to eliminate the security threat.

7. USER RIGHTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. The User (as a Data Subject) possesses all legal rights under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", including the right to know the source of collection, locate their data, request updates, correct errors, or demand complete erasure from the Site's active databases.

7.3. All claims or disputes regarding privacy data issues shall be resolved via friendly negotiations. Prior to submitting a claim to a court, the submission of a formal written complaint to the Seller is mandatory. The recipient of the claim has 10 calendar days to respond. This Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
