  • When will my order be shipped?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away!

We currently offer two types of products, depending on availability:

    • Items marked “In Stock” will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
    • Items marked “Made to Order” take 2-3 business days to produce and will be shipped as soon as they're ready.

The availability status of each item is shown next to its listing.

Order Processing Time:

We process and ship orders Monday 10 AM – Friday 6 PM (EET). Orders aren’t shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If you need your order urgently outside our working hours, please contact us via e-mail, Telegram or Instagram, and we’ll do our best to help.



  • How much does delivery cost?

Shipping via Nova Poshta costs 70-120 UAH, depending on weight, volume, and declared value of your order. You can check the exact cost at Nova Poshta’s website: https://novaposhta.ua/delivery

Shipping is paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Sending a gift? You can cover the recipient’s shipping fee at checkout. We’ll add 120 UAH to the total and use it for delivery.

We also offer Free shipping over 3000 UAH for domestic orders.

  • Can I pick up my order in Lviv?

Yes! You can pick up your order from our workshop in Lviv, 31 S. Yablonska (Zavodska) St.

Our workshop is by appointment only, so please contact us via e-mail, Telegram or Instagram in advance to arrange your visit.



  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide and accept online payments via Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay through the secure payment system - Plata by mono.

For international shipping options and payment details, please message us via e-mail, Telegram or Instagram.

Please note: We don’t process international shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.



  • Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes! You can make changes to your order before it’s shipped. Just message us via e-mail, Telegram or Instagram as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, once your order has been handed over to the shipping service, we can’t make any changes.



  • How do I choose the right size?

To get the perfect fit, each product page includes a detailed size chart with actual garment measurements.

Keep in mind that measurements may vary by 1-1.5 cm (0.4-0.8 in) due to manufacturing differences.

How to measure:

Compare the measurements in our size chart with your favorite similar item. Lay your item flat on a smooth surface and use a measuring tape or ruler to check the dimensions.

  • Can I Exchange or return an item if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days — no questions asked — as long as the item qualifies for return or exchange under Ukrainian law.

However, there are some exceptions.

Personalized and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable!

If you’re unsure about a made-to-order item, please reach out to us before purchasing via e-mail, Telegram or Instagram — we’re happy to help!

In certain cases, we may allow exchanges for non-returnable items. Contact our team for more details.

You can find specific return and exchange info for each item on its product page under the "Exchange & Return" section.

  • I have a unique body shape. Can you make a custom-sized item for me?

Yes! Since we have our own production, we can customize our designs to fit your measurements and preferences.

If you're on the shorter side, we can adjust the length to better suit you.

If you're taller, we can add extra length to the garment.

Need a larger size than what's listed in our size chart? No problem—we can create plus-size versions too!

  • How do I take care of my items?

We put a lot of effort into making high-quality products, but proper care will keep them looking great for longer!

For our products, we recommend wash on a delicate cycle in cool water (max 30°C / 86°F).

All pieces should be turned inside out, bleaching and chlorine-containing stain removers should be avoided. Even though our productss are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.

To prevent damage to prints or other decorative elements, iron inside out, avoiding high temperatures and excessive steam.



  • Printing & Color Accuracy

We use a high-quality, eco-friendly printing method — DTF printing with water-based inks — for most of our products. This ensures vibrant, long-lasting prints that won’t crack or fade over time.

Each design is hand-printed, which means there may be slight variations in placement, making every piece unique.

Please note! Colors may appear slightly different in person compared to what you see on your screen. This is due to variations in computer and phone display settings, which we unfortunately can’t control.
