ACCOUNT USE RULES
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between Sole Proprietor (FOP) Moroz Evheniia Volodymyrivna (owner of the ONE-EYED brand, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "ONE-EYED") and individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You") who register and use a personal account on the website https://oneeyed.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Account" and the "Site").
Account registration is completely voluntary, free of charge, and does not oblige the User to execute purchases. Creating an Account constitutes your full, binding, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from registering an Account.

2. REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
2.1. A personal Account allows the User to log in to the Site, review their complete order history, track ongoing international and domestic shipments, and save delivery addresses or billing details to accelerate future checkout processes.
2.2. Age Restrictions: By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into this contract; or
- You are between 14 and 18 years of age and have obtained the explicit consent of your parents, adoptives, or legal guardians to use this Site and engage in e-commerce transactions (where required by the laws of your country of residence).
2.3. The User guarantees that all personal information provided during the registration process (name, email, phone number) is completely accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
2.4. A valid personal email address is required for registration, along with successful completion of verification steps. Only one (1) unique Account may be registered per individual email address.
3. SECURITY AND ACCOUNT CODE OF CONDUCT
3.1. Your Account is deemed active immediately upon receipt of an automated email confirmation certifying successful registration.
3.2. The User agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding their login credentials (username and password) and shall not disclose or transfer them to any third party. You are solely and fully responsible for all actions, purchase orders, and financial transactions executed through your Account.
3.3. When using the Account, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or malicious activities that violate the laws of Ukraine or international legal statutes;
- Utilize automated web scrapers, bots, or data harvesting scripts to extract information from the Site;
- Attempt to bypass, compromise, or disrupt the technical security infrastructure of the Site, launch cyberattacks, or introduce malicious software;
- Access or use another person's Account without their prior explicit written authorization.
4. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
4.1. The Account remains active until deactivated by the User or terminated by the ONE-EYED Site Administration.
4.2. You have the right to delete your Account at any time through your profile settings menu or by sending a formal request to our support email: oneeyedbrand@gmail.com. Upon deletion, access to your saved purchase history is terminated instantly. Future purchases on the Site can only be made using the "Guest" checkout mode.
4.3. In the event of a breach of these Terms or the Public Offer Agreement, or under reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized activities, ONE-EYED reserves the absolute right to unilaterally suspend, restrict, or permanently delete your Account without prior notice and block you from future registration.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. The personal dashboard and digital functionalities of the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ONE-EYED does not warrant that the Site will operate continuously, error-free, or compatible with all hardware configurations or third-party web browsers.
5.2. ONE-EYED shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data losses, lost profits, or temporary inability to access your Account resulting from planned technical maintenance, server downtime, failures of external internet service providers, hosting networks, or cyber-malpractice by external third parties.
6. AMENDMENTS AND SEVERABILITY
6.1. ONE-EYED reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time to align with legislative updates or changes to our digital infrastructure. The latest valid version is always accessible at https://oneeyed.com.ua/.
6.2. If a modification significantly impacts your consumer rights, we will notify you via a service email or a direct broadcast notice on the Site.
6.3. If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS
7.1. These Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
7.2. For international users: if you reside outside of Ukraine, these Terms may also be subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in your country of permanent residence.
