International shipping and payment
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT METHODS AND PROTOCOLS
To place an international order, you can utilize secure, globally integrated methods of cashless settlement:
1. Online Card Payment (Visa / MasterCard / Apple Pay / Google Pay)
Transactions are securely processed through the integrated online checkout system "Plata by mono".
- Funds Reserving and Settlement: Upon a successful transaction request, the order amount is temporarily authorized (blocked) on your account, and an automated order confirmation is sent via email. The final funds are debited from your account only after our team verifies inventory and issues an official confirmation. If the transaction is declined by your issuing bank, the purchase order is automatically canceled.
- Currency Conversion: All product prices listed on the Website in foreign currencies are for informational and marketing purposes only. The final billing and fund settlement on the Seller's account are executed exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine – Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH), converted at the commercial exchange rate of the acquiring bank at the time of transaction.
- Banking Fees: Your card-issuing bank may apply additional international transaction fees or cross-border double conversion rates. ONE-EYED is not liable for these extra banking expenses and will not compensate for them.
2. Payment via PayPal
We accept payments through the international PayPal system. If you prefer this payment method, you must contact our customer support team via e-mail, Telegram, or Instagram prior to finalizing your purchase to receive a customized digital invoice.
CUSTOMS REGULATIONS, IMPORT TAXES, AND DUTIES (CUSTOMS CLEARANCE)
Important Notice! Baseline product prices displayed on the website oneeyed.com.ua do not include import duties, national taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT) of the destination country, unless explicitly stated otherwise below.
Upon crossing the border of the destination country, the package is temporarily held by local customs authorities for inspection and clearance. The respective customs and tax bodies calculate the total import fees according to your country's national legislation. Your local postal service operator or customs broker will send you an automated notice (via SMS, e-mail, or paper mail) with payment instructions. Please monitor your tracking number and local message updates diligently.
Special Regional Taxation Rules:
1. EUROPEAN UNION (EU) COUNTRIES
Under active EU customs frameworks, the former €150 duty-free exemption threshold for commercial imports has been abolished. Import duties and VAT apply to all commercial packages arriving from non-EU territories (including Ukraine). Every package is subject to VAT at the specific rate of the destination country, alongside a fixed customs handling fee of €3 per individual product item. Additional local customs processing fees or regional logistics handling fees may also be levied by national postal services.
- Prepaid Terms for: Denmark, Germany, Malta, and Spain (for orders up to €150): All applicable import taxes, VAT, duties, and fixed fees are fully prepaid by the Seller (ONE-EYED). These costs are automatically calculated and added to your final checkout summary. No extra payments will be required from the Buyer upon package delivery.
- Responsibility for Payment for Orders Exceeding €150: If an order total exceeds €150 in value, all import taxes, VAT, and customs clearance duties must be paid independently by the Buyer in the destination country during customs processing.
- Terms for Other EU Countries: For all other EU member states not listed above, all import taxes, VAT, and customs clearing fees must be paid independently by the Buyer in the destination country during customs clearance. (Please note that this country list and terms may be modified in the future).
2. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)
The $800 tax-free exemption threshold for imports has been removed. Customs duties apply to all commercial shipments entering the United States, with specific duty rates determined by the particular product category.
- Responsibility for Payment (for orders up to $2,500): This customs duty is fully prepaid by the Seller (ONE-EYED). The duty amount is automatically calculated based on the product category and factored into the final order total at checkout on the Website. US Buyers are exempt from additional customs charges upon delivery.
- Please Note (for orders over $2,500): For shipments exceeding $2,500 in total value, customs clearance and the payment of all applicable customs duties/fees are executed directly by the recipient (Buyer) in the destination country.
3. REST OF THE WORLD
For all other countries globally (except the USA and the prepaid EU nations specified above), all import duties, national taxes, clearance fees, and regional handling charges must be paid in full by the Buyer at the port of entry. The Buyer assumes absolute financial and legal liability for import compliance. We highly recommend consulting your local customs department regarding import limits and rates prior to completing your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RULES AND TIMELINES
4.1. When finalizing your purchase in the "Cart", ensure you select the correct destination country and provide an accurate local shipping address and contact telephone number.
4.2. Shipping Geography: We ship to most countries globally. ONE-EYED retains the absolute right to refuse delivery to specific countries due to security, political, or severe logistical constraints.
4.3. Logistics Operators: International shipments are fulfilled via the state operator "Ukrposhta" or "Nova Poshta Global". If you prefer an alternative express courier service (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.), please arrange this with our support team prior to purchasing to calculate an individual shipping tariff.
4.4. Fulfillment Window: Package assembly and dispatch preparation at our warehouse in Lviv, Ukraine, takes 2 to 3 business days following successful order confirmation.
4.5. Transit Timelines: Standard international transit takes between 10 and 28 business days, depending on the destination country. During peak holiday seasons, global sales events, or severe customs backlogs, transit times may be extended. ONE-EYED is not liable for logistical delays caused by international customs authorities or national postal carriers.
ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY RECEIPT
5.1. Once your package is handed over to the postal operator, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and an online tracking hyperlink. Please note that initial activation of international tracking data may take up to 2–4 business days.
5.2. Third-Party Pickups: If a parcel is collected by an authorized third party on your behalf, under international postal regulations they must present: your official government-issued ID (or a clear copy/scan), the unique parcel pickup code (if applicable), and their own valid photo ID.
UNDELIVERABLE AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
6.1. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or failure to collect it before the expiration of the local postal free-storage window, it will automatically be shipped back to the ONE-EYED warehouse in Ukraine.
6.2. Limitation of Liability: ONE-EYED assumes no financial or legal liability for any physical damage or loss of the package by international logistics networks during its return transit as an unclaimed parcel.
6.3. If a package is returned due to the Buyer's deliberate refusal to pay mandatory import duties, taxes, or VAT, the original shipping fee and any prepaid checkout customs fees are strictly non-refundable.
6.4. In the event of an unclaimed package returning to Ukraine, the Buyer assumes complete financial liability for both the original outbound freight and the total cost of inbound return shipping and Ukrainian customs clearance fees. These accumulated operational expenses will be deducted by the Seller from the Buyer's final product refund summary.
