You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:
ONLINE PAYMENT BY CARD
You can pay for your order online using credit/debit cards Visa / MasterCard, or Apple Pay / Google Pay via secure payment service "Plata by mono".
If payments are made using "Plata by mono", the Buyer completes the payment on the payment system's secured page.
Debiting when sending your order
If the transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately, and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The amount will be deducted from your account when we confirm your order.
If the card payment is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Contact your bank or card issuer if you have any questions about this
If an error occurs or the payment is interrupted, the order will not go through. If you are in doubt as to whether the order has gone through, please contact our customer service via e-mail, Telegram or Instagram.
Please note! Buyers can only make payments in the currencies specified on the Website, and all transactions will be converted into the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) at the exchange rate set by the processing bank. Prices displayed in foreign currencies are for marketing purposes only, and all payments will be processed in UAH based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees might be applied for import taxes/custom duties upon delivery. ONE-EYED does not compensate these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.
How to pay these fees
Once the parcel has enteredthe destination country it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Please keep an eye on the messages sent to your email or phone number to ensure you don’t miss any important updates about your order. Your local postal service or customs broker will inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.

Where does ONE-EYED deliver?
We ship orders to most countries around the world.
ONE-EYED reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain countries!
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
International shipping is handled by the postal and logistics companies Ukrposhta and Nova Post.
Orders are prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after the order confirmation is received. All orders are shipped from Lviv, Ukraine. Standard delivery time is 10–27 business days, depending on the destination country.
If you’d like to use a different shipping service, please contact our customer service via e-mail, Telegram or Instagram to arrange the shipping cost and additional details.
Important Notes! If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.
Please note! During the holiday season or sales periods, delivery might take a little longer. ONE-EYED is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs.
DELIVERY COST
The shipping cost is calculated based on the package’s dimensions, weight, and destination country. It is displayed on the checkout page in your cart. The delivery cost is added to the total order amount and paid at the time of purchase.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a track-number and a tracking link. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver an order according to your delivery option, it will be returned to ONE-EYED after the free storage period expires. Please note! We are not responsible for any loss of the order during transit. We do not refund shipping costs if the order is not received by the buyer due to refusal to pay any import duties, taxes, or VAT. The buyer is responsible for covering both the shipping cost to the buyer and the return shipping cost.
